• Banking Relationships & Liquidity Mgt – Develop and maintain all banking relationships within the Americas region. Monitor the liquidity position of the company and ensure adequate funding. Trustee on two Teamsters’ multi-employer retirement plans. All plans under management total nearly $3 billion in assets.• Multi-Employer Pension Funds – Monitor DHL’s exposure to multi-employer pension (MEP) plans, and lead DHL’s efforts to align with the Teamsters, other companies in the industry, and various coalitions to push Congress for action on the current MEP crisis. Principal negotiator for DHL having settled partial withdrawal liabilities with several multi-employer funds.

Directed the M&A process doubling the company’s size through multiple acquisitions including the purchase of a publicly held company. Led the due diligence efforts and developed financial projections and valuation analysis. Prepared an offering memorandum and participated in “road shows” to raise needed mezzanine financing. Negotiated all aspects of the banking facilities and loan documents for the debt required to fund the acquisition.
