Direct and manage the development of HR support concepts and determine objectives. Direct the coordination, compilation, validation, and submission of G1 support requirements to EUCOM, USAREUR, NATO and Host Nation.

Responsible for the training, processing, and integration of international officers attending the U.S. Army War College (USAWC) and international programs impacting the USAWC. Accountable for the planning, resourcing, and execution of the International Fellows (IF) Program. Directed a staff that supported 79 senior officers attending the resident program, 15 attending the distance education program and 32 attending the academic preparation program. Oversaw the administration and welfare of all International students and their family members while in resident at the USAWC. Managed a $2.5 million budget from International Military Training Funds, Foreign Military Sales, counter-terrorism and other funding sources. Course Director of the Unified Command Field Study Course and the International Fellows Orientation Course. Coordinated with DoD, Department of State, embassies and other agencies in support of the program. Managed a sponsorship program of over 200 volunteers from the local community to facilitate reception and integration. Monitored and assisted students with their academic progress. Proponent for the International Hall of Fame, alumni outreach, and numerous other programs.
