Directeur de construction - Prolongement de la ligne Bleue du métro de Montréal :Construction d’un tunnel d’une longueur d’environ 5,8 km et comprend l’ajout de cinq (5) stations à l’est de la station Saint-Michel, deux terminus d’autobus, un stationnement incitatif ainsi qu’un tunnel piétonnier pour faire le lien avec le futur service rapide par bus (SRB) sur le boulevard Pie-IX. Le Projet inclut plusieurs infrastructures opérationnelles dont un garage de trains de métro, un centre de service regroupant les équipes d’entretien des infrastructures en station et un poste de district.Mon rôle consiste à :Gérer la mise en œuvre du Projet en chantier, Assurer l’interface entre les entrepreneurs, les fournisseurs et le Bureau de projets pour toute question relative à la gestion de construction, Assurer le suivi des coûts et de l’avancement des travaux en fonction des budgets et des échéanciers, Assurer l’adéquation entre la facturation et les travaux réalisés, Assurer la qualité des biens livrables en inspectant les travaux, en appliquant les protocoles d’essai, en traitant les anomalies et en validant l’achèvement des travaux, Assurer le transfert des ouvrages à la STM, et Assurer la gestion de la maîtrise d’œuvre (SST).Coût des travaux : 4,5 MM$

(Total Lost Injury = 0 accident & 0 incident). 2014 - 2015- Deputy Project Director: Arcelor Mittal Expansion Project to closing all the project contracts in the Arcelor Mittal roles and governance (1,6 MM$). 2014- Project and Construction Manager: Arcelor Mittal Expansion Project - Port Cartier (New conveyor network, new Stacker Reclaimer and Ship Loader, new Car Shop, 7 new siding on the existing railway, various modifictions in the existing plant) (322 M$). 2013 - 2014- Project Controls Manager: Tata Steel / DSO Project and Quest Rare Earths Study- Regional Manager - Project Control Manager for AECOM's Canada East Region.

My role was to complete the scopes definition and needs, organized detailed engineering, ensure procurement for long lead equipment and structure constractibility as required by the project instructions and project quality. I was involved in the regular follow-up with regard to health and safety, value improvement, and risk assessment. That project included Crusser, material handling and Iron Concentrator Mill. (550 M$).
