I started supplying print and copying equipment as an Account Manager with Clarity Copiers Ltd. in January 1997. My first 5 years was supplying print solutions to new business only, there afterwards a mix of account management and new business. In 2009 I had a management opportunity which involved growing Clarity Copiers Ltd. nationally. During this period the instruction triggered an increase in turnover from 13 million to over 20 million year ending August 2016 accounts, without acquisition or additional employees. During this time NET profit doubled through hard work and sensible decision making.My core responsibilities in helping achieve the above involved: Head Office -Overall sales performance, recruitment and training, managing stock.Franchisees - Develop the existing 30+ Franchise network, sales recruitment and training, finding of new Franchisees.Suppliers - Sourcing of new manufacturer and finance supply chains whilst achieving growth with existing partners, negotiated pricing.

At the tender age of 16 I worked with Whitbread through Cheltenham's TGI Fridays Franchise. For the first 3 years I learnt all the departments responsible for running the business. My remaining 2 years was spent traveling the UK as part of a new store opening team. We would open 1 Franchise per quarter, hiring 60 employees who we would train over 2 months to run the business thereafter.

From 1994 to 1996 I raced and funded my own Formula Ford team, competing at the majority of UK circuits.
