I am an experienced Managing Director specialising in TV and Media Services. I am a highly effective business leader with strong strategic and operational experience gained at the cutting edge of the TV and Media Services Industry. I am an energetic individual with the vision and technical expertise to grow the business year-on-year and return outstanding shareholder value. I have further experience of driving the group’s expansion having been instrumental in the acquisition of three companies and their subsequent integration into the Group. I build relationships with industry executives and stakeholders to further develop my expertise in the TV and Media space and I employ an entrepreneurial, creative approach, coupled with a commitment to excellence, to consistently develop and maximise opportunities to deliver a return on investment for my clients. I have a special responsibility for Group Health & Safety for all of the employees at SCCI Group and I ensure, at all times, that staff are properly trained and certified to undertake their jobs in full compliance with all prevailing safety standards and regulations. From a range of successful activities over the past few years I would cite the following projects:  Managed the Olympic and Paralympics CATV delivery for all on park and off park 2012 venues and additionally received a commendation from Lord Coe. Undertook the design and installation of the GEPON fibre distribution system for TV services at Center Parcs, Woburn. Now in the process of rolling out Docsis 3.0 system upgrades for all other UK sites supporting television services & broadband.  Designed and developed many new systems to deliver centralised broadband services whilst reusing the existing cable infrastructure for blocks of flats (MDU) incorporating technologies such as GPON, EOC, HPNA, VDSL and Docsis. Managed SNG services for a world first live cinema screening 4K War Horse the stage show from London’s West End to Chelsea
