At the forefront of the internationally based training industry in Japan for roughly 15 years and cultivating it from concept to world class reality.From project initiation to closing we introduced Japan to international training certifications such as, OPITO, GWO, and internationally recognized STCW. Communication with Classification Societies, and Quality Assurance organizations we were able to gain recognition not only from the METI (Japanese Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry) but also CLassNK and the Marshall Islands.Management and Senior Instructor responsibilities have lead to numerous real-world experience.Creating, managing, maintaining, and instructing is challenging, yet exciting, as you see the system come together into a mature product.Working with my fellow employees in problem solving, research, and building new systems of operation. Being the only native English speaker, I enjoy being able to engage in discussion and negotiations with many of the international companies and organizations that we are involved with or have business dealings with.
