Responsible for Month End and Year End Closing, Forecasting, Plant lead for AOP.

• Responsible for analyzing complex financial data and summarizing the findings in report(s) format(s) with a wide range distribution of recipients• Responsible for all financial reporting, physical inventories, cycle counts and cost accounting • Developed cost standards for Material, Labor, and Burden • Responsible for all levels of cost analyst, KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators), variance analysis, budgeting, scrap analysis, IT functions, internal controls and forecasting at this plant location. • Put together monthly Operations Review (including power point presentation) and assisted in the presentation to the Corporate Staff each Month.• Supervise Human Resources and MRO purchasing.• Transfer jobs came in with no Labor in the BOM’s. Worked with the Floor and Engineering all jobs on the floor have complete BOMs.

• BBi is a Tier 1 supplier of acoustical parts (Carpet Floors, Hood Liners, Dash Panels, and package trays) to the Automotive Industry. I report directly to the Corporate Controller. BBi has five (5) manufacturing facilities and the corporate office in Bloomfield Hills, MI. • Responsible for the complete Financial Package for three (3) plants including but not limited to Profit Loss statements, Balance Sheets, Balance Sheet Reconciliations, budgets, monthly / weekly / quarterly sales and profit forecast, cost analysis, internal controls (monitoring and implementation), deviation analysis, and selected monthly measurables. • The three plants have revenues of $19M, $28M and $15M. • At the end of each month I sit down with the Plant Management Team to review Actual Results Vs Latest Forecast Vs Budget. • Work closely with the various functional areas and / or the floor personnel to initiate or redesign cost savings – productivity, efficiency, or material. • Work on several manufacturing teams to review scrap, production reporting, and increase Plant Overall Productivity and present the findings to our Senior Plant Management team and our Corporate Management team. • Provide accounting and internal control guidance and ensured the guidance was in compliance with US GAAP. • Assisted with the maintaining and monitoring of our internal control system to make sure we are in compliance with our company policies.
