Sr. Product Manager - Motor Solutions
Current• Provide market analysis to senior management.• New business development.• Responsible for overall 5-year strategic plan of residential product portfolio.• Develop annual operating plan for segment revenue and margin targets.• Initiate new product development to address market demands and internal vitality metrics.• Lead cross functional teams from finance, engineering, operations, marketing, etc.• Prepare financial reports for monthly, quarterly and annual business unit reviews and President's Operating Reviews.• Drive P&L KPIs for residential business unit.• Lead strategic initiative to streamline project and engineering resource allocation.• Evolve and streamline new product development process.• Implement and support 80/20 methodology.• Participate in policy deployment projects to improve cost positioning.• Support project management to maintain I&E and ROI financial requirements.• Attend Kaizen events to improve product launches.• Cultivate key relationships with external global electronic contract manufacturers.• Coordinating global product lines.• Customer facing technology reviews and account strategy support.
