• Overseeing 3 BUs of over 1 000 perm employees in highly demanding, automotive industry• Leading organisational development, ensuring the organisation is staffed with innovative,high-performing team members focused on continuous improvement• Managing the administration of the human resources policies, programs and practices throughout thesite. Support the development and delivery of the resourcing strategy for the Engineering organisation,utilising a range of tools and resources• Implementing progressive HR solutions supporting site objectives• Implementing corporate practices into local operations. Actively supporting the broader HR team onCorporate HR projects. partnering with the HR VP, Global Talent & OD Director, and other businessleaders to provide strategic support to key HR initiatives.• Providing key HR performance indicators and analysis as required for assigned global function• Facilitating communication between various levels of the operation• Assuring implementation and administration of compensation and benefit programs• Guiding and conducting employee training and development programs, including leadership training.Create and deliver training and partner with our learning and development Centre of Excellence• Assuring an effective performance management process is utilised for all employees• Implementing effective safety, affirmative action, and other employee relations programs• Providing strategic solutions, advise and counsel to site managers and supervisors• Developing succession planning in co-operation with site and functional leaders.
