The name far more accurately reflects our core function providing high quality and a greater quantity of opportunities for young people to move more. Our work is aligned with the designedtomove.org agenda, which projects that this generation of young people will die five years younger than their parents. As a company our focus is on making a change to that assertion by engaging young people through high quality experiences in PE lessons at primary school. Our mission is to inspire young people to be active for life.Our services are mainly focused at primary schools, where we develop teachers and take high quality lessons. It All Matters is a business set up to support primary schools through a variety of services. We offer specialist teaching through PPA Matters, to cover PPA time in Modern foreign languages, Music and the performing arts.Childcare through FUNdays club and we hope to be setting up a supply teaching service over the next 12 months.

I became Partnership Development Manager for the Lambeth SSP following the announcement that funding for School Sports Partnerships would end. I was part of a group of PDMs and MPs who campaigned against these cuts and held a protest march through Westminster, finishing with the presentation to 10 Downing Street of a petition with over a million signatures , challenging the governments decision.At such a turbulent time, I managed a team of staff faced with losing their jobs and sought sustainable solutions to continuing the positive work done through the organisation in Lambeth.I was responsible for leading 14 School Sport Coordinators (qualified and experienced teachers who assist both students and staff within the Borough) and liaise and effectively communicate with 14 Headteachers, Senior Management teams and physical education Heads of Department along with 67 primary school physical education link teachers (including special educational needs and pupil referral unit teachers). This was an extremely exciting and challenging post which allowed me to increase my knowledge in all areas of teaching, Corporate Social Responsibility, coaching, leading and the delivery of CPD. Through development and enhancement of skills, knowledge and understanding in both formal and informal settings, my School Sport Partnership ensured that every child really did matter and ensured that safe-guarding procedures were always adhered to. Through demonstration lessons and whole school INSET we planned pathways through curriculum and out of hours school learning and further onto community/club settings. I concentrate on high quality teaching and learning opportunities for all students aged 5 to 19 years. This work was split into many strands; inclusion for all, creation and implementation initiatives for increasing participation, pathways for gifted and talented students and development of out of hours' school learning and activity programs.

I was promoted to Assistant PDM following my successful employment as Director of Coaching. My role involved the continued management of all coaching programmes but increased responsibility across a large team of SSCOs.

I worked at Lambeth SSP as a Director of Coaching, a unique role within sports partnerships created for me by Gillian Brunton, an innovative manager (PDM). Within the role I managed large coaching budgets from grants through Big Lottery, Sportivate and the School Sports coaching fund. I developed an extensive network of coaches and delivery programmes across Lambeth, supporting primary and secondary schools in providing additional and diverse activities out of school hours. In addition I developed a quality assurance system and a Coachmark, which drew recognition across London and nationally through the Youth Sports Trust. The Coachmark challenged coaches to improve their standards of preparation and delivery through designated training days, completed coursework and observations.During this time I was also a School Sports Co-ordinator to the Archbishop Tenison cluster of schools. Working closely with Archbishop Tenisions and it's local primary schools, the role involved developing competition, leadership, SEN, out of hours provision and teaching standards.

As a franchise owner I built up a small business in the Lambeth and Wandsworth area. This was my first experience of working and delivering PE in primary schools. It was a hugely positive experience and introduced me to the life of a primary school and the role of PE within it.
