Charged with all new Chapter 13 Bankruptcy filings of approximately 50-80 per month through confirmation. Assist in resolving Trustee and Creditor Objections, assist counsel with Confirmation hearings on significant number of cases in various stages of confirmation readiness. Assist other departments as necessary, both pre-confirmation and post-confirmation.

Sr. Supervising Paralegal in charge of training clerical, paralegal and attorney staff in Bankruptcy procedure. Oversee 80-120 new Bankruptcy filings per month, primarily Chapter 13, resolve Trustee and Creditor Objections, assist counsel at all hearings including Section 341, Confirmation and Relief from Stay. Assist clients with post confirmation issues. Participate in advertising campaigns and other revenue generating avenues.

Chapter 13 Trustee Office - analyze new Chapter 13 Bankruptcy filings, file Objections as necessary, prepare 341 calendars and Pre-Hearing Conference calendars, assist Trustee at hearings.
