Offer provision support services to individuals with disabilities to assist and enable them to attain and maintain long-term, competitively paid employment. Responsibilities include: developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized service plans; performing job development activities; providing basic job seeking skills support; ensuring a successful transition and integration into the workforce for consumers; providing follow-up support and monitoring work performance; documenting program activities; ensuring services provided meet program goals and objectives; and ensuring all activities adhere to established procedures of accountability and confidentiality according to contracts and regulatory entities.Works in collaboration with others (i.e., agency staff, consumers, families, other service providers, etc.) to advocate for promoting the full inclusion of people with disabilities in their communities.

CST: services consist of MH/SA rehabilitation services and all fundamental supports with a team approach assisting adults with their specfic recovery goals.PSS: services structured and scheduled with adults 18 and over with a MH/SA diagnosis. Assisting individuals with owning their recovery while learning the advocacy process. Enhancing the development of natural supports, self-management skills and coping.

Substance Abuse and Mental Health Assessing for more that 200 applicants a month; Admitting a monthly minimum of 45 clients; Gathering and disseminating medical and psychiatric clearances to appropriate clinicians; Liaison with local courts, probation offices, treatment and detention centers; Supervising the vocational training of 6 residents (office skills, communications, collection of pertinent information, role modelling 15-18,000 calls per month)

In-Kind Manager ●Contact corporate representatives or community leaders locally and throughout the country to increase  awareness or organizational causes, activities, or needs; $3 million annually.  ● Create or update donor databases.  ● Develop strategies that maximize participation or contributions and minimize cost.  ● Recruit sponsor, participants, or volunteers for varying events.  ● Coordinate transportation or delivery of materials, supplies or donations for organization.  ● Direct, supervise, and train for vocational training staff of 10. ● Identify and build relationships with potential donors.  ● Write reports to communicate fundraising programs data.   Sr. Resident Coordinator ●Supervise, mentor, screen, assess, and interview a cohort who remain after a 24­month treatment program,  occupying the capacity of staff­in­training, post graduate, and scholar; Averaging 34­45 consumers.   ●Enforce rules and regulations to ensure the smooth and orderly operation of the Senior Resident Program.  ●Motivational Interview, mediate, mentor, counsel, interpersonal problems with Senior Residents involving  peers, family, recovery and other needs.  ● Observe to detect and report unusual behaviors. ●Communicate with other staff or agencies to resolve problems with individual Senior Residents, i.e. legal,  child support, medical, psychiatric needs  ●Provide biannual evaluations on Senior Residents to evaluate progress and develop case plan management.  ● Hold regular individual and group meetings.  ● Compile information for programmatic file.  ● Administer, coordinate, or recommend disciplinary and corrective actions  ● Discharge Senior Residents who cannot follow organization policy and procedure
