- Senior Test Pilot and Program Manager supporting the production and flight test operations at Embraer Defense and Security Inc (EDSI) in Jacksonville, Florida. - Chief Test Pilot and Flight Operations Manager at the site, executing production operations and flight test of the new A-29 Super Tucano aircraft. Conducts flight test activities in support of contractor Sierra Nevada Corporation for the USAF customer and foreign customers. - Manages all aspects of flight operations budgets, personnel, aircrew qualifications (8 aircrew assigned) DCMA compliance, and life support equipment operations. - Plans, executes and reports on all flight test events at the site. Pilot in command of first A-29B Super Tucano.- In additions to duties within the defense sector, also performs flight test events at Embraer Executive Jets in Melbourne, Florida and on demand worldwide. - International flight test experience. Type rated in Phenom 100, Phenom 300, and Praetor 500/600. - Aviation Safety Official for Embraer Defense. Manages and supports company Safety Management System.

- Directed all facets of the Contract Management Office flight operations (22 govt and contractor aircrew assigned). Annual operations include 300+ flight hrs and 50+ aircraft deliveries of deliveries of E-2, F-18 and F-5 aircraft. - Managed all military aircrew at site. Site Government Flight Representative.- Execution and management of flight test and acceptance of E-2D LRIP aircraft; E-2T Taiwan aircraft F-5N aircraft. - DCMA F-5N Program Integrator - 2011. Oversaw contract administration and DCMA liaison to program office on F-5N depot maintenance contract.

- Government lead of the E-2D Advanced Hawkeye Integrated Test Team (ITT) from its initial inception in November 2006 until August 2009. -- Formed the team in 2006 built it into one of the most successful and productive test teams in the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR). -- Managed 134 personnel consisting of test pilots, flight officers, civil service engineers, and contractor engineers conducting high risk development flight test on the $3.5 Billion ACAT-1D Program. -- Led the ITT in the first 1,000 developmental flight test hours of the test program with zero mishaps. - Personal leadership of the E-2D ITT resulted in on time achievement of critical program milestones. Distinctive team awards included: -- Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Test Team of the Year, 2007 & 2009.-- 2008 James S. McDonnell Test Team of the Year Award from the Society of Experimental Flight Test Engineers.-- Order of the Daedalians General Wolfe Weapon System Award, 2008.

- Managed and approved a daily flight schedule of 40+ flights utilizing 14 fixed and rotary wing aircraft types. Managed a daily plan which supported the flight curriculum requirements of 70 students per year. - Managed the US Navy Test Pilot School's transition from T-2C to T-6A in 2003. Developed the new curriculum, technical supporting material and flight profiles to convert the Fixed Wing course to operate training flights with the new aircraft.- Fixed wing flight instructor qualified in T-38A/C, T-2C, T-6A. Instructed all aspects of fixed wing flight test to include: Performance, Stability and Systems testing.

- E-2C Squadron Operations Officer . Managed all 30 squadron aircrew, authoring and approving daily flight schedules to meet squadron operational and training objectives during shore and ship-based flight operations.
