1st project 01/10/2013 - St Winefrides, 21 new build plots in St Asaph. Helped the senior quantity surveyor with the procurement of sub contractors and materials. 2nd project 01/02/2014 - Pendyffryn Road, 3 new build plots and the refurbishment of a grade 2 listed building in Rhyl. Tasked with procuring sub contractors, supplies and materials and measuring work for both the new and refurbishment works.3rd project 01/12/2014 - Plot 1 Castlefields, 5 bedroom new build plot in Rhuddlan. First project where I over saw all procurement, measuring, payments and cost analysis. 4th project 01/06/2015 - Former Chatsworth House Prestatyn. Demolition of the former hospital and construction of 22 new build houses. Organised the asbestos removal and the demolition of the former building in preparation for works on site. 5th project 01/07/2015 - Construction of 4no commercial units on the New Vision Business Park, St Asaph.6th Project 01/11/2015 - Fron Deg, construction of 14 new build dwellings in Denbigh.
