Head of MLCC Product Business Group for YAGEO and KEMET related Business Units

This position is responsible for the Ceramic Business Group. The Ceramic Business Group designs, produces, and markets a wide range of leaded and surface mount ceramic capacitors. The objective is to grow revenue and shareholder return for Ceramic Capacitors. Strategies are defined and implemented to solve customer problems and/or to provide customers with capabilities needed to support their needs. These capabilities typically involve higher voltage, higher temperature, higher flexure capability, lower ESR/higher Q, and/or lower noise. We develop, produce, deliver, and market these solutions in automotive, military, aerospace, industrial, computer, and consumer segments. The elements of responsibility for this business group are:- Profit & Loss- Manufacturing (Quality, Delivery, and Cost)- Product Marketing (Strategy and Pricing)- Research and Development (Product, Process, and Equipment Development)- Interface with Corporate Sales, Human Resources, Logistics, Procurement, and IT.

This position is responsible to lead the global procurement and logistics teams at KEMET in a manner which increases shareholder value through reduced cost and/or improved capability.The procurement team is responsible for securing materials and services needed by operations and support groups at KEMET with the price, quantity, quality, and timing needed. We align with internal customers to focus on the most important aspects of their business to set priorities and then implement agreed upon strategies to drive savings. The logistics team is responsible for moving incoming materials to our various factories and finished goods from our factories to our distribution centers and to our customers. To drive savings, we work to coordinate and optimize the pick-up and delivery of goods on predictable schedules for maximum utilization of available space regardless of transportation mode.

The F&E BG produces AC Film Capacitors, DC Film Capacitors, Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitors, and Electronic Filters in 15 different locations located in Europe, Asia, and the Americas. The elements of responsibility for this business group are:- Profit & Loss- Manufacturing (Quality, Delivery, and Cost)- Product Marketing (Strategy and Pricing)- Research and Development (Product and Process Development)- Interface with Corporate groups of Sales, Human Resources, Logistics, Procurement, and IT.

This position is responsible for the Film & Electrolytic Business Group (F&E BG). The F&E BG produces AC Film Capacitors, DC Film Capacitors, Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitors, and Electronic Filters in 15 different locations located in Europe, Asia, and the Americas. We also design, build, install, and service automation solutions for the production of capacitors and energy storage devices (i.e., batteries). The elements of responsibility for this business group are:- Profit & Loss- Manufacturing (Quality, Delivery, and Cost)- Product Marketing (Strategy and Pricing)- Research and Development (Product and Process Development)- Interface with Corporate groups of Sales, Logistics, Procurement, and IT.

Responsible for Film & Paper Capacitor Business Unit.Film & Paper Capacitors are produced in Sasso Marconi Italy, Monghidoro Italy, Suomussalmi Finland, Anting China, Batam Indonesia, and Monterrey Mexico.

Responsible for manufacturing of ceramic capacitor operations in terms of quality, delivery, and cost

Responsible for process engineering function across Ceramic Capacitor manufacturing plants.Process Engineering responsibilities include Process Definition, Specification, Qualification, and Improvement along with Product Disposition and Capability Improvement.

Responsible for process engineering in KEMET's Fountain Inn, SC manufacturing facility.Process engineering responsibilities: Process Definition, Documentation, Qualification, and Improvement; Product Disposition and Improvement

Responsible for process engineering responsibilites for mixing, milling, casting, printing, stacking, laminating, and dicing for surface mount capacitors operations in KEMET's Fountain Inn, SC facility
