Over 20 employes direct or indirect reports. Manage all aerospace planning, scheduling, WIP, shipping and receiving. Responsible for all operations of 737 forward bulkhead assembly. Responsible for all operations of LJ 85 leading edge assembly. Responsible for operations of 7000,8000 Bombardier flap assembly. 2005-2014: Quality Assurance Manager responsible for management of the calibration of all instruments, management of the auditing team for the entire company, management of aerospace specification review, creation of internal procedures to support specification requirements and implementation of the process. Managed new specification review, determination of internal capability and internal procedure development, approval and implementation of the new process. Managed the training program company wide including skill level evaluation, performance evaluations, testing and certifying employees. Responsible for AS9100 approved QA system. External AS9100 audits typically yielded 2 to 3 findings which received in-depth RCCA's. Manage major 737 forward bulkhead assembly initial phases of the start up along with the on going production. This major assembly has a 99% quality rating with a 99% delivery rating. Responsible for the FAI for this build that included two sub-assemblies going into the final assembly which was all coordinated with Spirit through net inspect. Responsible for over 21 suppliers that supply detail parts and consumables for this build. Manager of supply chain which involves a on-going process of visiting suppliers, evaluating suppliers, receiving inspection of suppliers product along with requiring RCCA from suppliers due to NC's.Manage LearJet 85 leading edge assembly initial phases along with on-going production.
