As the Executive Director of Investigations for the inaugural Queensland Health Ombudsman, I established the Investigations Division from a greenfield site. This included developing corporate plans and designing operating policies and procedures frameworks to establish inter-agency protocols and agreements. At the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator (NHVR) I successfully supported national services transition and led a team to receiving a CEO Award for Innovation Excellence.
