As the Regional Sales Director Asia Pacific, I'm responsible for the Export of BAUER Equipment, Components, Spare Parts and Consumables to the Region Asia Pacific. I'm supporting the regional Subsidiaries in Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, China, Taiwan, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Vietnam, Laos, Australia and New Zealand to further develop and improve the local markets. Australia and New Zealand remains a focus market for me, where I'm still involved as a Director at BAUER Equipment Australia Pty Ltd.In addition to the Regional Sales Role, I'm developing a Global Strategy for BAUER's Product Line Asia incl. all products manufactured in BAUER Equipment Factories in Asia.

From mid of April 2021 I took over the BAUER Equipment subsidiary in Sydney Australia as the General Manager and Executive Director.In this Position I’m responsible for all sales and aftersales activities for BAUER Equipment in Australia and New Zealand.

From mid of March 2019 I took over the BAUER Equipment subsidiary in Dubai UAE as the Managing Director. In this Position I’m responsible for all sales and aftersales activities for BAUER Equipment in the Gulf Region and Iraq.

In addition to my role as the Director of Sales and Marketing, since mid of March 2018, I'm responsible for the company operations within BAUER Equipment Gulf FZE incl. the following:-Equipment Sales-Spareparts Sales-Wear-Parts Sales-Equipment Service-Warehouse Management-Logistics

After more than 3 successful years as Sales Manager with constant and significant growth, I got promoted in 2015 to become the Director of Sales and Marketing for BAUER Equipment Gulf FZE Dubai. In this position I'm responsible for the equipment sales in the GCC-Region and Iraq:-UAE-Saudi Arabia-Qatar-Kuwait-Oman-Bahrain-IraqIn addition to the well know BAUER BG Piling Rigs and BC-Trenchcutter-Systems me and my team cover the sales of all products within the BAUER Maschinen Group of companies:-RTG Rammtechnik GmbH-BAUER-Pileco-KLEMM Bohrtechnik-PRAKLA Bohrtechnik-MAT Mischanlagentechnik-Hausherr System Bohrtechnik-BETEK (not related to BAUER Group)

After the difficult years, during the crises in 2008-2010 BAUER had early realized positive signs in the Middle East market and decided to strengthen the local subsidiary of the BAUER Maschinen GmbH, BAUER Equipment Gulf FZE in Dubai, UAE. This was the perfect chance for me to gain international experience in the field and so I decided to move to Dubai and work for BAUER Equipment Gulf FZE as a Sales Manager for Saudi Arabia and Qatar. In Saudi Arabia I had the pleasure to support our local representative/ dealer Zahid Tractor, one of the world biggest and most successful Caterpillar dealer. In contrast to this task as a keyaccount-, sales- and product-manager I was working in Qatar directly with our customer (direct sales) which helped me to learn and improve various sales technics in investment products.

In 2009, BAUER Maschinen GmbH Germany offered me an interesting project (improvement of an complex aftersales process) for my University-Dissertation (Diplomarbeit) which I took on in coordination with Prof. Dr. Steiner from the University of Applied Management Erding, Munich. After I had successfully finalized the thesis, BAUER Equipment offered me a position in the regional equipment sales department responsible for the export of BAUER Equipment into the Middle East. During this time I had the chance to gain experience related to special foundation equipment and its application as well as the cultural practices of sales in the Middle East markets. In the years 2010-2011 I traveled already frequently to Saudi Arabia, Qatar and UAE, where I discovered my sympathy for the region and its culture.

During my university studies in 2007 I got the chance to work for 1 year as an Aftersales Manager for BMW M and Individual Products in Garching (Munich area) before I continued my studies in Summer 2008. During this period I got a deep inside into Quality- and Process- Management in the field of sales and aftersales in the automotive industry as well as exclusive customer relation management. I have started my professional carrier in 1999 with an apprenticeship program in Automotive Engineering at ASA Ingenieurbüro GmbH in South Germany. During this program I was professionally trained to improve the performance of high end BMW, Alpina, Porsche and Audi vehicles in relation to:- Engine Power (Use of in-house designed and manufactured mechanical ASA Supercharger Systems) - Engine, Gearbox and Differential cooling system- Upgraded Breaks systems - Improved Suspension - Weight reduction (manufacturing and installation of glass- and carbon-fibers components)In addition to high performance road legal sport cars, we have been also preparing race- and safety cars for national and international moto racing.Nowadays, ASA Ing. is well known under the brand name of G-Power as an result of the merger between both companies in 2008.
