* Ensure quality customer service delivered by self and supervised staff through execution of company initiated sales process programs.* Exercising good judgement to resolve any customers concerns regarding service levels, product quality and installation related issues. Partnering with appropriate associates, district and/or regional level management and service providers.* Develop strategies to exceed company goals including Sales, Profitability, Inventory Management and Labor. Monitor Profit and Loss statement. Analyze data to develop process to alleviate expenses and improve profitability.* Supervision of a 5 member department supervisor staff and up to 100 associates.* Evaluate daily and weekly tasks, delegate assignments to supervised staff based on priority and associate strengths and opportunities. Follow up to ensure execution of task in timely manner.Deliver associate performance reviews quarterly with heavy focus on customer service and leadership skills.* Observe performance behaviors, provide honest feedback and develop game plans for improvement and growth.* Analyze market trends and forecast sales projections to plan seasonal hiring. Partner with hiring manager for selection of candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews. Conduct district orientation classes for new hires.* Captain yearly store inventory count preparation. Analyze results to develop game plans for improvement in key areas. Timely follow up to ensure corrective action is successful and mitigating store inventory loss.* Develop and facilitate regional and district level courses for high potential department supervisors. Course information includes labor management, customer service, time management and presentation skills.
