Senior management position reporting to the Managing Director of Joy Global North America. Primarily responsible for sales and marketing for parts and components, life cycle management agreements and strategic business plans for the aftermarket.

Director of two acquisition integrations into Joy Global, forming 3rd leg of our business. Position, reporting to division president, created to drive creation of new Joy Global $450M business unit. Primary responsibilities were due diligence, acquisition and integration of several businesses that became the core of our new business unit.

Director level position reporting to the Managing Director of the Americas with primary responsibilities to manage all aspects of material planning, inputs and distribution for the $1.1B division of Joy global. Span of control included 8 direct management reports, 11 warehouses, 70 vehicles driving 35K miles per week and 270 total employees.

• Senior finance position reporting to the VP of Finance for the Americas. Position responsibilities included all cost and plant accounting functions, inventory accounting and financial consolidations for Joy Mining.
• Direct reports included 9 Plant Controllers and 2 Financial Analyst
• Responsible for month end plant consolidations and reporting packages
• Develop standards for month end letter of comment to CFO
• Developed business process to decrease month end closing from 6 to 3 ½ days.
• Developed and drove new reporting package that held the operations manages accountable each month.

• Joy US finance representative on cross functional team of business leaders who worked with a consulting firm to convert 11 mainframes on 4 continents into 1 SAP business system. Elected as Global Finance Team Leader.
• Developed best practices for cost and plant accounting, then implement processes globally
• Developed all finance training materials for the new business systems and then travel to two of the countries and did the training.
• Traveled extensively to all of Joy’s 5 regions of the world
• Worked closely and collaborated with senior leaders from Joy in all regions
