Responsible for the leadership of the day to day development and production of all aspects of technical related information, within the transportation industry. These aspects include the technical development, systems support, development and production of all aspects of automotive owner’s manual and service materials (various publication types and deliveries), researching OEM design and release documents, product development documents, plant installation drawings, parts detail drawings, technical service bulletins, CAD data, and hands-on procedures on prototype vehicles. Develop efficient, concise, and technically accurate owner information & mobile app content for our OEM clients. Development may be in multiple formats (including web based) and may involve interface with multiple clients both internal and external. Regardless of deliverable or style, this position must ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks which maintain compliance to both corporate and customer standards.

Development and production of all aspects of automotive owner’s manual materials (various publication types and deliveries). These aspects include researching OEM design and release documents, product development documents, plant installation drawings, parts detail drawings, technical service bulletins, CAD/CATIA data, and hands-on procedures utilizing prototype vehicles to develop efficient, concise, and technically accurate owner information for our OEM clients. • Developed documentation in semantic format to allow for reuse for multiple delivery formats to support electronic delivery• Delivered with 100% OTD• Zero author addendumsResponsible for the development and production of all aspects of Automotive Owner Information materials (various publication types and deliveries). • Supported authors in the development and production of all aspects of Automotive Owner Information• Created Specialized Writing and Authoring Team (S.W.A.T.) with an intent and focus on CQI data for content improvement• Championed any necessary escalation as customer and management liaison until completion• Developed workflow to allow single sourcing for multiple outputs and electronic delivery and VIN specific information• Conducted content quality audit ensuring all products and deliverables met necessary requirements and standards• Created content development standards and processes for the authoring team to utilize for efficiency and productivity while reducing costs

Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership and manufacturers standards. Test drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment. Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems. Communicate directly with the service advisor's so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Provide parts lists for recommended repairs. Execute repairs to manufacturer specifications

Responsible for sales and service of aftermarket performance productions. Specialized in Cummins repair including Chrysler transmission repair and performance modifications.

Responsible for general repair and installation of upfitting products to support snow removal and landscaping equipment.

Responsible for general automotive repair. This included everything from tires and alignments to diagnosis and engine repair.

Responsible for transmission R&I and general repair. Specializing in heavy mechanical repair and diagnosis. Prepared quotes and had direct interaction to customers and part suppliers.

Parts specialist responsible for providing price and parts availability. Selling directly to general public and commercial repair accounts.

Responsible for leading a team for day and night retail fulfillment. As well as equipment operation and training.

Responsible for frame measurement and repair after collision. This included frame welding and sheet metal repair and paint prep.

Responsible for chair side prep and medical record filing and organization.
