I am a board certified insurance attorney in Texas who specializes in insurance coverage. I routinely counsel clients in complex insurance coverage disputes arising out of commercial auto, commercial property, directors & officers, excess and umbrella, general liability, and professional liability policies. A substantial portion of my practice is dedicated to construction defect claims, which routinely involve issues such as allocation, anti-indemnity statues, number of occurrences, and rip & tear. I also regularly advise clients on policy limits/Stowers demands. I frequently litigate breach of contract, bad faith, and declaratory judgment disputes. I am admitted to practice law in Florida, New Mexico, and Texas. I am also admitted to all of the federal district courts in Florida and Texas. Further, I am admitted to the 5th, 8th, and 11th Circuit Courts of Appeals.
