Lead and manage a team of high performing project managers who develop large complex LNG, natural gas, and RNG capital projects. We take the high level scope from the sponsoring groups and design/develop them and reduce the risk for the execution organization. We put together a project execution plan and sanction the project before handing it over to be executed in the field.
