On the other side of the spectrum the company connects to over 350 Online Travel Agents like Expedia, Booking.com and many local travel agents. It manages rates and inventory and gathers reservations. It creates advanced analytics for hotels to analyze customer behavior. The software that I designed is used by more than 3000 properties all over the world. The products are used by numerous top hotels and chains all over the world, including Sofitel, Radisson, Intercontinental, Best Western, and Hilton. Designed the initial architecture and established the development and testing team to create the software utilizing ASP.NET platform. Software exchanges millions of rows of data per day with different companies. Drove the product and technology vision for the company, prioritized features for development. Created technical specs for features to be implemented. Oversaw timely deployment of products. Managed the overall release of technology and hiring of the technology team consisting of 13 devs, 2 Project Managers, 1 Product Manager Continually scrutinized short-term and long-range strategies, goals, pricing, and competition analysis to maximize revenue generation and new business development. Worked with different teams at the company to come up with the optimal feature list and then worked with development team to implement.
