-Preparation of the financial statements according to US GAAP for the needs of shareholders and the Company (the monthly, quarterly, annual reports, forecasts, cash reports, coverage of foreign currency debts, etc.. for the Group in Germany, France, USA) -Supervising credit policy (cooperation with the credit insurer) and liquidity of the Company-Management and supervising of financial accounting department and logistic-Controlling of the costs and preparing of the rolling forecasts for the needs of shareholders and The Board-Cooperation with the auditor (E&Y) concerning the annual audit of the company accounts-Financial transactions and ongoing relationships with the banks (the purchase of foreign currencies, forward, deposits, etc..) -Analysis, preparation and control of reports on the financial situation of the company (forecasts, balance sheet, cash flow) and other reports prepared for internal and external needs

-Supervising of the financial-accounting department (5 persons)Negotiations of the conditions with external institutions (banks, insurance companies, leasing companies) -Supervising the performance of the companies belonging to the Group in Russia, Romania and France – introducing the reporting system and visits to the companies to control it at place-Controlling and negotiating contracts with the customers and subcontractors -Management of the liquidity of the Company-Controlling of the results in current projects and forecasting of their final results

-Preparation of the forecasts and plans (the planned income statement, balance sheet) -Controlling and carrying out the analysis of achievement of the budget tasks (variance analysis)-Analysing the operating activity (the analysis of liabilities) -Monitoring of the current assets, including the analysis of the receivables-Preparation of the reports related to the currents situation for the Board members

-Management of the financial-accounting and IT department (in total 19 persons)-Preparing annual financial plans of the Company (Holding) for the Shareholders (NFI) and controlling of their realization-Supervising and preparing diverse thematic studies for the Board and the Supervisory Board-Negotiations of conditions with the financial institutions (the credits, loan etc.) -Supervising of the accuracy of settlements with the budget-Preparing the documents concerning the strategy of the Company (time range 3-5 years)
