After completing his undergraduate business degree from Weber State University and 4 years of Air Force ROTC, Bobby moved to San Antonio, TX to begin Flight Navigation training for the Air Force at Randolph AFB in 2003. Once training was complete he moved to Omaha to join the 45th Reconnaissance Squadron, Air Combat Command. During his time in the Air Force, Bobby completed his MBA and after four and one half years after entering the Air Force he separated at the rank of Captain. In 2007 Bobby joined USAA as a technical project manager. Over the course of the next 10 years he managed numerous projects ranging from high profile, member facing initiatives on Auto insurance products, to large internal initiates related to company wide financial systems. Development teams included on site FTEs, onsite/offshore contractors and state side remotely separated teams, with some projects exceeding 100 team members. He was accountable directly to his own leadership team as well as VPs, AVPs and EDs who were the project sponsors. As a Senior Project Manager he had responsibility to manage program costs, timelines and deliverable with budgets exceeding $100m per year. After 10 years at USAA Bobby took a career path change and went into the healthcare field. He accepted a position as Executive Director at an Assisted Living facility in Utah. A year later he was offered an opportunity to take ownership in a Home Health Care company in Las Vegas, which he accepted. As the Regional President for A Step Forward, Bobby has expanded the Home Health company, starting two new lines of business, Physicians Choice Hospice and Patients Choice Primary Care Physician. In all, these companies manage over 1,000 lives monthly. By 2024, Las Vegas had grown to a substantial presence. Bobby was asked to expand into Texas and began that expansion journey, starting in San Antonio, in 4Q24.
