After law school and practicing law for twelve years, I am returning to finance and administration, the focus of the first half of my career. And, for the first time, I will be working on the provider side. Quapaw House is a statewide provider of outpatient and residential substance use disorder services and outpatient mental health services. I will be working in the Hot Springs headquarters, focusing on finance, HR, IT, billing, and utilization.

My practice is devoted entirely to representation of healthcare providers--psychiatric hospitals, physicians, outpatient behavioral health providers, home care services providers, assisted living and residential care facilities. Legal services contract negotiation and drafting, fraud and abuse opinion letters, Medicaid and Medicare statutory and regulatory review, defending Medicaid and Medicare audits, administrative appeals, healthcare reimbursement consulting.
