I am a EMS leader with experience in operations, strategic planning and finance. I have been involved in the ambulance industry for over 40 years and developed many ground EMS services. I have worked for multiple EMS agencies from smaller companies to large operation high performance 911 EMS systems. My skills include operations performance improvement, finance, budgeting and employee retention. I have been active on many boards and advisory committees. I have been Chair of the Education Committee for several years at the state level for the state ambulance association. I have been on the Ohio EMS Division Homeland Security Committee where we developed plans for mass incidents anywhere in the State of Ohio. I was a member of the Paramedic Program Committee at Rhodes State College and a member of the EMT Program Committee at Apollo Career Center. I was selected to travel to Abuja Nigeria to work for FIFA to organize, train and demonstrate the equipment on all the ambulances and the medical staff working the World Cup Soccer in Africa 2010.

My most favorable consulting job was going to Abuja Nigeria in 2009 to work for FIFA to help them set up new ambulances and how to use new medical equipment to be used for the 2010 World Cup hosted by Africa. After the World Cup all the new ambulances and equipment were given to communities in Africa to help improve there EMS system.
