Integrated all Chinese sites procurement into one procurement team successfully in 2015, and set up wave II integration in SEA region in 2017.  Project Procurement for CAPEX projects  Lead the Project Procurement Managers and Project Buyers to support different Project Managers/Leaders to fulfill the procurement activities in different CAPEX (capital investment) projects of Akzo Nobel, especially for recent investment about 250 million EURO in Ningbo and other capex projects which amount 350 million EURO in China. Manage EPCM contractor and ensure the cost saving for Ningbo CAPEX projects. Delivered more than € 15 million savings in recent 5 years. Establish and maintain a database for Local vendors / contractors in China for SOC&S (technical goods & services) category. Support other Capex projects in APAC region. Lead the Low Cost Country Sourcing (LCCS) projects especially for LCCS from China for Capex projects outside of China. NPR projects NPR means None Product Related Materials & Services. In Akzo Nobel there is an internal program named NPR program which focus on all indirect purchase and expenses. As APAC Spend Area Manger for SOC&S (Site Operation Consumables & Services, which is the biggest category of NPR program, annual spend in APAC amount to € 100 million ) spend area, establish and set up cross BU matrix team to support NPR program. Successfully launching and running the centralization projects (Forklift trucks, MRO, etc…) in recent years, delivered good saving and result to sites. Other support needed for Global NPR program.Major contributions  Win ‘Best Procurement Leader’ for APAP Procurement Leadership Team meeting in 2009. Attend PEP (Potential Executive Program) organized by Akzo Nobel Cooperate in June 2011 in Netherlands. Be the core member of APAP Procurement Leadership Team of Akzo Nobel Sourcing since 2009. Being the steering committee member for New Capex Projects in China representing Akzo Noble Sourcing. P.S.  Project Procurement for investment EPC/EPCM projects Lead the procurement department to support different Project Managers to fulfill the procurement activities in different projects. Be responsible for coordination between projects for procurement resource allocation, and seeking the opportunity of combining purchasing among projects. Be responsible for procurement performance (cost, time, etc... ) in different projects under the support of lead project buyer and other procurement engineers. Lead and support project buyers in logistic coordination with owner’s logistic team in projects to ensure the project schedule being reached. Material Management in EPC/EPCM projects Implement Marian project (An ERP implementation project) with the support of BTS Germany into BTSS projects in China. Lead material controllers for material management in EPC/EPCM projects, who will be responsible for release PR in Marian/SAP interface and trace the material from engineering stage, to procurement until site installation stage. Lead Expediters in different projects to coordinate with project buyers, logistic team, warehouse keeper on site, material controllers, Q.A. engineers, etc… to ensure the ROS date on site after PO being released by project buyers. Technical Procurement Service for internal & external projects Be responsible for commercial proposals for internal & external customers as far as technical procurement service is concerned. Be responsible for Sourcing projects for internal & external customers. Be responsible for supporting cost estimation team in bidding process. Fixed Assets procurement & Logics work for BTSS Be responsible for internal Fixed Assets procurement for BTSS Be responsible for Logistic work for BTSS including customs declaration follow up as well as transportation arrangement for imported Equipments, materials, etc… for BTSS Other tasks assigned by Managing Director of BTS Asia Pacific, etc…
