About Robert Young

An experienced Process Operator currently working on the Shell Higher Olefins Plant (SHOP) at the Essar Stanlow Refinery, which is a top tier COMAH site. The plant uses Ethylene feedstock to produce Alpha and Internal Olefins. My role is to ensure that our unit is running safely and efficiently to deliver on-grade products to plan and to participate with the continuous improvement of plant processes and safety. I am self-motivated and enthusiastic with strong operational experience, having worked in the chemical industry for over 9 years.
