Bob has represented architects, engineers, developers, general contractors, subcontractors and material suppliers in various types of litigation. Bob has defended design professionals in more than 300 lawsuits involving alleged errors and omissions in design of industrial, commercial, institutional and residential projects, delays, acceleration and change order claims. He has also defended contractors in more than 500 lawsuits alleging construction defects. During his career, Bob has also represented various parties in insurance coverage issues arising out of claims under commercial general liability and professional liability policies. He has also addressed insurance coverage litigation, including bad faith litigation. Bob has represented property owners, property managers and security guard companies in lawsuits alleging violations of handicap access laws, personal injury and wrongful death.Bob is an arbitrator on the National Panel of Construction Arbitrators of the American Arbitration Association. He has authored a host of professional articles and contributed to a number of publications on construction and insurance-related issues.
