He has so much integrity that he refused to compromise with the solutions that he designed. They had to be precisely what his customers wanted. In other words, he never thought about his commissions; only his customers. He had several large sales where he sold multiple services. He also sold to a WIDE variety of Enterprise Customer types. Rob stands behind the solutions that he sells his customers NO MATTER WHAT. If that meant that he needed to take a call at 11:00 PM on a Saturday to troubleshoot, that is exactly what he did. In my career, I have never seen anyone go as far as he did to help his customers. Lesser salespeople might cut their losses (and destroy relationships), but Rob refused. To that end, there are two large customers of his that could have been absolute disasters, but Rob did such a great job that they spent tens of thousands of incremental dollars with our company. Rob is a "team first rule follower," as he often says. He drops everything to help someone who needs him, even to his own detriment. He is a GREAT leader. When needs of the team changed and an advanced Technical Support Rep was needed, Rob took that responsibility on his shoulders. He has done a remarkable job. He is infallible.
