-Manually designed Lift and Carry transfer systems, Conveyors, Press welding fixtures, C’frame fixtures, Pre-loaders, Magazines, Pierce units, Weld guns for Ford Motor Companies Metal Stamping Division. (MSD)-Supervised team of designers and checkers for Ford Motor Company Metal Stamping Division. (MSD) projects.-Worked hands on with Ford Motor design follow up personnel in designing a working processed welding line for hoods, deck lids, doors , qtr panels, package trays, etc. -Developed controls line up sequence sheets.-Estimated new tool designs and design changes.
