In 2020, I retired after 20 years of service in the Washington Army National Guard. I have a proven track record as a servant leader, creating an overall vision for an organization or project, developing camaraderie around the goals we develop, and working alongside team members to demonstrate that I am as personally invested as every other person in the organization. I am now seeking to start a new career in management. The prospect of working with a company where I can learn the business well and stay with the company for a long time is exciting and I look forward to fulfilling this goal.
