Developed and implemented new strategies for recruiting, hiring and oversight of temporary employees during pressure filled election cycles. Supervised day-to-day functions of Democratic Board office, promptly answering voter concerns, correspondence with Ohio Secretary of State, and questions of elected officials. Critically analyzed historical voter data in order to present arguments to Ohio’s SOS to better enfranchise voters city and state-wide.
