He is a seasoned and practical-minded Ph.D. Chemical Engineer with over 30 years of experience in R&D, project/process engineering, manufacturing and corporate leadership with a past focus in Chlor-Alkali, VCM, PVC and Specialty Chemical technology and manufacturing. Throughout his career he has driven innovations from test tube through full plant and business commercialization with success, and all being "on time and on budget." He also serves as a Board Member and Vice President of TerraLithium LLC.He was awarded the 2022 Winthrop-Sears Medal from The Chemists' Club at an event in New York City. This award recognized his pioneering contributions in advancing the leading-edge technology platform and developing the business solutions of Oxy Low Carbon Ventures. The back of the Medal reads, "In recognition of the perception, foresight, and perseverance of Dr. Robert Zeller whose accomplishments have contributed to the vitality of the chemical industry and the betterment of mankind." He was the recipient of the 2017 Management Award from the AIChE Management Division.
