Historic Wickford Inc. is a nonprofit organization of community members dedicated to preserving, protecting, and celebrating the cultural and historic features of Wickford RI, a well-preserved colonial and early American seaport that still hosts a working fishing industry. The dense numbers of pre-1825 homes on their original foundations make it a living museum of how early Americans assembled, raised families, and worked. In June 2022, USA Today declared it "America's best historic small town."

Community Home Lenders of America (CHLA) is the result of the merger between Community Mortgage Lenders of America, and the Community Home Lenders Association. The organizations merged to increase their mutual strength and experience to better serve homebuyers, mortgage markets, and communities.

Hired to help incubate this new trade group representing mortgage banks and community banks involved in mortgage lending. Together with Founders, and then the independent Board, designed growth strategy to boost membership and brand. Responsible for Washington lobbying, regulatory affairs, media relations, and trade peer relations.Major mission is to protect Main Street's small lenders from industry consolidation threats.

Ran Congressional affairs (8-person) team that guided Freddie Mac through its GAAP accounting problems, which included negative press, a skeptical Congress and months of intensive scrutiny with hearings in many Committees and pending legislation critical to the company's well-being. Managed a $10 million budget overall.Organized and directed teams of senior consultants ($7m budget) to scrub and convey Freddie Mac's message to various constituencies; ran daily strategy sessions designed to maintain a consistent posture and respond to external events without over-reacting. Coordinated closely with media relations team. Consulted closely with Investor Relations to inform equity, debt-holders on evolving situation.

RadioWallStreet.com was the Internet's premier streaming media service for investors and Wall Street, and created a new standard for online investor research until the advertising and venture capital slumps caused the concept to stall. Hired by the founder to take this business from incubation and expand it rapidly to achieve prominence. Created the business plan, hired staff, designed programming, designed and executed first stand-alone web site. Coordinated BD.Personally responsible for creating, maintaining relationships with Wall Street research houses, key buy-side organizations.RadioWallStreet.com and IBN (Investor Broadcast Network) grew from 170,000 registered users to 700,000 registered users in 14 months. Programming hours per day grew from 1.5 in incubation to 12 hours a day. RadioWallStreet.com became the largest-trafficked site within IBN and beat all competition in its space, including a West Coast competitor with much greater funding.

Hired by then-Rep. Tom Ridge, the first enlisted Vietnam veteran elected to Congress. Remained on staff through his election as Governor of Pennsylvania.

Served active leadership role in artillery and military intelligence units, performing line and staff functions as part of a heavy (mechanized) infantry division. As company platoon leader, executive officer and acting commander, planned, trained, managed and maintained units with $4M budget, 70 soldiers, and $24M of equipment.
