I have joined EY as a Senior Product Designer. This role gave me possibilities to extend my competences during work on a big, ambitious projects that the company is delivering to their clients.Responsibilities:- I had a chance to start taking responsibility for the project, which made me be more product designer in contrast to the previous role I have occupied in past companies.- I started to be resposible for product architecture and goals that it has to meet as a final product.- As a designer I'm also required to actively work and develop UX/UI part for the project. That means I need to deliver wireframes and mockups that are based on business requirements and users needs.- Inside company I had a chance to conduct users testing to improve our products.- After design phase I actively work with developers and QA's to develop high end solutions for our clients.

I made my own online course, because of need to share my knowledge and professional experience in UX/UI. The course is an ideal starting point for people who have no idea about UX/UI, or are interested in this subject, but haven't yet started working in this direction. Whole training includes 27 lessons about UX/UI, that are split into 3 main chapters. All videos have in total almost 10 hours of recording.

My professional work has grown very fast thanks to Tivix. Company gave me a chance to make a great products for a big organization like Unicef, but also smaller firms such as Combinati or Strange Stars Entertainment that came to us with ideas for a very interesting products. Company also invested in employees self-growth and thanks to that I had a chance to participate in a two days training of conducting workshops, which was hosted by WitFlow.Responsibilites:- I had a possibility to challange myself in tenders that Tivix was invited to. My proof of concepts were able to win those competitions twice, so for the company those two projects turned into long term contracts, that we had pleasure to work on.- In daily basis I was responsible to cooperate with company clients during workshops, where the discovery phase always started.- As a part of further work I delivered wireframes and mockups, which made clients product top notch in relation to competition.- After every phase of discovery, definition and design I was responsibile to help developers in their work. I was joining daily calls and discuss with them and QA's all the bugs or struggles that they were facing.

My carrier in mohi.to was short, but fruitful in many good projects. In brifly time together we delivered three, good products for our clients. I could propose to the team my methodology of conducting workshops with the clients, what was accepted with a great enthusiasm in the team.Responsibilites:- I was preparing and conducting workshops with the clients.- Next I had deliver wireframes and mockups, that met business and users needs.- I was taking care for the products during the whole cycle of development.- I also had a chance to make some testing for one of the company client. We were using on of the Hotjar's tool, that allowed us to watch records of recorded user sessions.

In Lama-Media I had a chance to take care of a small design team, which was built of junior designers. In a tight period of time that I spent in this company I was able to work for a really great companies such as Wielton or Lower Silesian Railways (Koleje Dolnośląskie).Responsibilites:- I was in close cooperation with sales team. My duties were to start working with potential client at the very beginning.- My daily reponsibility was to organize work across the design team. I had to control sales funnel, so I could arrange work and fit employees for coming projects.- Another task that I was working on inside my team were design processes. As a team we came up with an agreement that we should have plan, built of specific phases and methods that each project will follow on. - I also supported team in daily work by taking care of clients projetcs. So I had to conduct workshops, prepare wireframes and work on mockups.

With PGS Software I had a pleasure to work on a contract for one of their client. I quickly jumped in to help team building very complex product, which was in the subject of the stock exchange.Responsibilites:- I had to quickly adapt and catch up all the information that team had worked out on with the client the workshops.- My part of the job was to take care about UI components and turn the wireframes to the actual mockups.- One of my proposition was to build the design system for the project, so work of our team could go faster and more effective.- When development phase started I was responsible to be in a constant contact with developers. I supported team on daily calls when they were facing a problems with bugs.

When I started my professional work in Me & My Friends, I had the opportunity to work with a large brands from the very beginning. As a graphic designer I worked for IMS Sensory or Puchatek - one of the Maspex group brand.Responsibilits:- Create from the scratch brand idientity with all bradning assets. - Participate in many tenders, where I was responsible for making many proof of concepts, that were able to win factual contracts. - As a part of corporate idientity I also made multiple UX/UI work, while I was prepering digital products for our cliantes.- I had chance to improve my motion skills when I was working on animations or interactions for mentioned products.
