We integrate magnetic sensors with analog semiconductor integrated circuits. Design work ranges from classic precision low power and low noise, to high speed analog with data conversion. No boredom here.

Design of in-cable embedded equalizer integrated circuits fro various data transmission standards: HDMI, USB, Ethernet, MIPI, & Display Port. Circuits designed address the need for an efficient infra-structure that delivers low standby power and utilizes special current re-circulation techniques to reduce the current drawn during active mode. Developed these efficient architectures and implemented the references, bias networks, and regulators to support operation. Also implemented a variety of signal and connectivity detectors that determine the required operation mode. Designed various high speed ball grid array substrates and CSP packages that operated at up to 10Ghz. IC processes included CMOS in 130nM, 65nM, 40nM, and 29nM shrink to 20nM with BiCMOS 140nM SiGe.

Design of high speed analog video switches, filters, amplifiers, and IC subsystems/AFE.Design of precision low noise and micro power opamps and drivers.Design of Analog Front Ends for video decoders and LCD Controllers in the surveillance and automotive product spaces.

Design of a boost regulator IC with positive and negative charge pumps.

Design of various blocks for a fully integrated Class-G DSL central office line driver.Designed the entire analog front end gain stage of the final production line driver which had fully integrated gain control and synthetic output impedance.

Designed a family of IC automotive air bag ignition controllers with diagnostics support.Worked on the design of a high speed bipolar of amp and a low power MOS opamp.

Designed the IC analog core oscillator with digitally programmable phase and frequency.Designed a differential to single-ended video allowing a video filter IC to directly drive a 75ohm cable.Designed a family of IC analog video filters for composite video, S-video and HD component video.
