With Sodexo as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist: Managing all aspects of Sodexo’s accredited dietetic internship program, including program planning, development and implementation, program evaluation, intern recruitment, selection, mentoring, management and retention in accordance with ACEND and Sodexo standards and guidelines.Managing all intern related day-to-day operations in assigned region including but not limited to coordinating and managing intern rotation sites and schedules in the clinical, foodservice management, and community nutrition setting, providing assignment and rotation feedback.Fostering preceptor relationships primarily connecting with clinical nutrition managers, general managers, and clinical dietitians in assigned regions.Ongoing development of teaching materials, such as PPT presentations, assignments, hands-on learning experiences. Responsible for teaching several classes during orientation and class days, including but not limited to Nutrition Assessment class, Introduction to Research and the Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Examination Review.Developing content and updating three websites used by the dietetic internship, including the public applicant site, the internal intern site, and the exam preparation site.Representing the internship during annual meetings, open houses, as well as during college visits.At my company: I aim to cultivate a sense of community and enhance our photography skills by organizing annual travel experiences.
