I am currently working as a Facility Manager within a Care Home. As a Facility Manager, I am responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operations within the care setting, including recruiting and managing staff, managing budgets, and ensuring that the quality of the services provided meets national care standards. Prior to this, I worked as an HR and Administration Manager with Citadel Insurance plc. As an HR manager, I was responsible for all HR functions whilst as an Administration Manager, I was responsible for the day-to-day running of the Administration office and all Citadel premises.Earlier, I have been employed with the Foundation for Social Welfare Services (then known as SWDP) between 1996 and 2004 and more recently from 2011 till 2018. I have served as Services Manager, social worker, therapeutic group facilitator, and leader (Head of Home) of a Domestic Violence shelter. In between these years, I worked as a full-time lecturer and Director of my own Private Company. I believe that my academic background - Masters in HR and Training -, my lecturing experience in this field (namely Organisational Theory, Human Resources Management, and Sociology), my work experience with FSWS as a Head of Home and Services Manager, and the experience of running my own business will surely be of great asset to your Company.
