At the Service desk office, I manage incoming and out coming calls, qualification of tickets, for JRC users in Ispra and other European sites. (in English, Italian and French). My mansions include opening tickets to the various support groups, resolving general computer problems, installing software on PCs, helping with Microsoft tools and Commission software. I have worked through two Office migrations, from XP to Windows 7, from Windows 7 to Windows10 helping users work with the new software and changes this entails.I also give presentations to present the IT helpdesk services for newcomers at the Centre. Tools used: Microsoft SMS remote connection and Landesk Ivanti managementConsole, Active Directory management and SMT Service Manager.I also gave a course on how to use the HP Service Manager application to my colleagues in Sevilla, Spain, at the Commission Building. I prepared the course myself and taught it in French and English. (in June 2015).These last few months under Covid lockdown I helped users who were teleworking.

I was in contact with customers from various countries worldwide, using English, Italian and French.
