Responsible for supporting new brand launch of Australia For You Travel Centre Concept (Franchise, including Fiji For You, Polynesia For You, New Zealand for You) developing and producing another Australia Award Winning Brochure. Other duties included support to back office and staff training to retail franchisees.

The brand for the Tour Operator Department was launched as Australia Tour & Travel and New Zealand Tour & Travel. I was dealing with office management and support for booking office (from quotation to setting up of final travel documents packages), preparation of special offers and special packages for both agencies and direct clients, advertising campaign, day-by-day management. We produced the first brochure ever with images only with separate section for rates and packages. The brochure won the Australian Tourism Commission Brochure of the Year Award in 97/98.
