For the past 15 years I have worked exclusively as a criminal defense attorney. During that time I have develop a style that I call strike, stop, and sit down. I know when to be aggressive and when to fall back. Prior to becoming an attorney, I served in the US Navy, worked as a police officer and as an investigator for the National Labor Relations Board. Working as a police officer and for the Labor Board provided me with insight into how allegations are investigated, documented, charged, and prosecuted. Many of my clients will tell you that I listen to and hear their story and as much as possible incorporate that story into a defense. They will also tell you that I work hard to find a solution to their case. In addition to my training in law enforcement and my work as an investigator, I have a background in computer forensics having completed hands-on training with Guidance Software, the developer of EnCase Software, the software of choice for many law enforcement agencies who actively engage in forensic examination of digital evidence.
