Managing a team of 10 Buyers.• Responsible for coordinate medical materials and clinical engineering purchases, leading the preparation of RFQ and RFP, contracts elaboration and support in the deployment. Operation involving the most important hospital in Latin America, managing 60 suppliers, 8.000 SKUs, 100 Contracts.• Responsible for coordinate contracts renegotiation and price review analysis, as well as the coordination of advanced studies on threats and opportunities within existing contracts and new projects.• In-charge of planning and development of strategies towards synergy optimization and cost reduction through workflow mapping/redesign.• Coordination of new projects (Supply Chain integrated platform), through the analysis technical-financial feasibility of suppliers’ base, continuously seeking for cost reduction, quality enhancement, while increasing service level for internal customers.• Constant interface with Leadership from Manager Pharmacy´s and Clinical Engineering for the discussion of dimensioning, logistics plan design, productivity, time-to-delivery, OTIF, metrics and improvements alternatives.• Liaising with internal clients for the understanding of their needs and for the elaboration of operational delivery model.

Brazil

• Reporting to the Corporate Logistics Manager. Managing a team of 2 Assistants.• Responsible for the contracting of Logistics/Supply Chain services, leading the preparation of RQF and RFP, contracts elaboration and support in the deployment. Operation involving 7 plants in Brazil and 1 plant in Uruguay. Managing 40 suppliers (Logistics Operators/Transportation Companies), 100 SKUs for inbound, 400 SKUs for outbound, 700 distribution points (located in Brazil, Argentine, Chile, Uruguay and Bolivia) and >600 routes.• Responsible for contracts renegotiation and price review analysis, as well as the coordination of advanced studies on threats and opportunities within existing contracts and new projects.• In-charge of planning and development of strategies towards operational optimization and cost reduction through workflow mapping/redesign.• Coordination of new projects (Supply Chain integrated platform), through the analysis technical-financial feasibility of suppliers base, continuously seeking for cost reduction, quality enhancement, while increasing service level of Supply Chain.• Constant interface with Leadership from Sales and Industrial areas for the discussion of sales dimensioning, logistics plan design, productivity, time-to-delivery, OTIF, metrics and improvements alternatives.• Liaising with clients for the understanding of their needs and for the elaboration of operational delivery model.

São Caetano Do Sul, São Paulo

• Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager. Member of the team responsible for identifying opportunities for performance improvement and cost reduction within Inbound Logistics for the operations in Brazil (4 plants) and Argentine (1 plant), and 2 Distribution Centers. Operations encompassing 10.000 SKUs and >250 suppliers.• Responsible for transportation cost analysis (Logistics Operators and Transportation Companies) involved in the operation, considering: type of vehicle, volumes transported, frequency, routing, packaging, volumetry, SKUs diversity, among others. Discussion of alternatives for operational efficiency and cost reduction.• Responsible for monitoring contracts with Logistics Operators (total annual purchasing R$ 300M), including SLAs and metrics. Performed detailing analysis (transportation and warehousing). Technical/operational visiting, discussion of new models and alternatives and contracts renegotiation.• Responsible for “B-pricing” analysis of Global Logistics Sourcing for products incoming from China, Thailand, Korea, Germany, Italy, UK, USA and Mexico, considering: frequency, freights, customs fees, taxes, bilateral agreements, multimodal logistics, primary/secondary zones. Identification of improvement opportunities, elaboration of business case, presentation and discussion of alternatives aiming operational efficiency and cost reduction.
