I coordinate the packing and transport of the sport apparel to Salsation Fitness Events all over the world, I ensure that all the trainers on the stage are equipped with the correct clothing. I oversee the suppliers of the clothing and accessories, I raise purchase orders for production, keep track of orders, and manage the full inventory (3 locations worldwide). I also manage the customers orders to distributors in several countries and through e-commerce.

Being the company Subject Matter Expert for FPSL and PaPM, I succesfully managed to hire and coach a team of 10 consultants, bringing in the company the expertise to serve customers in a new way that generated six-figures in revenue.I handled the relationship with SAP and the customers in the Users Group, defending the customer interest by leveraging on my relationship with other important peers in the market. As a Project Manager, I handled the budget (150k) among internal resources and subcontractors and had the responsability to upsell new contracts (60k). I also handled the preparation of compelling presales material for tenders.As Test Manager, I lead the completion of the UATs in a complex IT & financial transformation project, coordinating the tasks of more than 100 people involving 6 consulting streams, more than 15 customer offices, 10 suppliers and 30 systems (including S/4HANA, BW, FPSL and PaPM).

I worked as a Senior Consultant for the implementation of SAP Finance and Risk solution: FPSL - Financial Product Subledger. I have been involved on a project for the implementation of the new group methodologies and IT solutions in order to produce the Financial Accounting according to IFRS17 and IFRS9 regulation, for one of the biggest insurance companies in the world, Generali, located in Trieste, Italy. I was responsible for the delivery of 2 streams (around 10 people) within the project in the IFRS17 area and I was Deputy Project Manager supporting the Agile implementation enabling the communication at every level between the customer, the Project Manager, the solution experts and the testers/developers. My main tasks were: handling the roll-out of the solution to all the worldwide Business Units (around 90), ensuring Product Owner satisfaction, on-boarding junior resources and guiding them through the solution, activity and resource planning and progress monitoring. Within my company, I was Line Manager of 11 resources in the Finance & Risk area. I was responsible of project allocation, career development, end-of-year performance review and bonus distribution. Additionally, I was one of the Co-Leads of the Finance and Risk Task Force, my job was to manage the knowledge sharing within the global department. Finally, I supported the EVP in pre-sales activities and with the setup of a new nearshore office.
