• Responsible for the development and management of Best Buddies Programs in Brazil;• Content creation: presentations, training, good practice reports and diagnoses;• Coordination and development of partnerships and fundraising campaigns that received just over $250,000 (two hundred and fifty thousand dollars) in 5 years;• Creation of the Include Program carried out in partnership with EY and with the support of the Olympic Committee. It was the first time in the history of the Olympic Games that people with intellectual disabilities worked as volunteers during the Games. There were over 40 volunteers, welcoming an audience of approximately 13 thousand people daily;

• Responsible for communication between Best Buddies in Latin America, a group of more than 12 countries and Best Buddies International, with the aim of expanding the global community and promoting a network of relationships with national and international customers;• Construction of indicators, reports, best practice guides for the development of LATAM programs;• Responsible for the operational supervision of 12 countries in Latin America/Caribbean, annually impacting an audience of 1,700 people with intellectual disabilities and their families;

• Participation in educational projects for communities surrounding the Poços de Caldas, São Luiz and Juruti hydroelectric plants;• Participation in the preparation of sustainability reports and social diagnosis for the Alcoa Institute, with the aim of making business actions around hydroelectric plants more responsible and sustainable.

• Responsible for the interface between National Public Health Service (NHS) Hospitals in the United Kingdom and Ireland, ensuring better care and treatment for patients;• Responsible for meeting and monitoring the government's educational and technical requirements during the recruitment and selection processes of doctors, including teachers, in order to guarantee excellence in service;• Responsible for service and support in internal and external processes for RCP members,• Analysis and verification of documents, contractual instruments in accordance with NHS regulations;• Coordination of reference models and DE&I educational techniques with the aim of training doctors in model hospitals (Birmingham, Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, Cambridge and London);• Participation in the creation and development of the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee;• Participation in the coordination of the mental health project after the terrorist attack in 2005, impacting more than 13,700 people, including health professionals and civil society;• Ability to lead multicultural hospital teams in the UK with the aim of supporting groups of refugee doctors;
