I have many tasks for the position I hold. I print Material and Plating certs for Pick Tickets. I scan in Material and Plating and Passivation information into Hyland for routers. I enter into the computer INCR's and CAR's. I deal with suppliers when it come to getting responses for the CAR's and also the INCR's (this is for internal and supplier's Atlas/PEM). I keep up on loading KPI information on the computer so it can be displayed on the TV's in several locations. I do layered assessment audits every quarter. I print certs out for NAFTA. I keep up on Supplier Certification. 2x's a year I send out Supplier scorecards. Maintaining catalogs with updated product information. I help with the FVP updates.

I had many hats when at Mars. I was a Production Scheduler, scheduling departments work for the week. Writing up paperwork for Batch tickets. Keeping records of daily $ amounts that was produced. Keeping records of Maintenance PM's and printing monthly PM's. I stepped in many roles when other associates were on vacation or other reasons. I supervised 1st and 2nd shift. I had a hand in hiring contractors and had a voice with full time associates in their own development.

I have combined the years together. Throughout the 28 yrs. I have been back and forth. I have stated in other areas that I have worn many hats throughout the years at this company.

I was a supervisor for about 10 years, on and off. Stepping into several roles throughout the company.
