• Quote and negotiate contract renewals of existing customers • Deal with existing customers on upselling opportunities • Ensure positive customer experience by proactively managing and growing customer relationships• Enhance customer retention by providing ongoing, proactive support throughout the customer life cycle• Promote new products or services to the customer base • Plan and handle commercial negotiations for attendance to company events • Manage termination and downgrade requests and generate spreadsheet to track them • Gather feedback on product requests, report to Sales and Development departments for implementations
