Currently, I am concluding PhD at the laboratory of Dr. Anna Kabanova at the non-profit research foundation Toscana Life Sciences in Siena, Italy. My project was focused on the discovery of transcriptional program that regulate migration and invasiveness of tumour B cells and the biomarkers of such a program. We manipulate primary tumour B cells by using CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing and functional assays with cross-validation of our results in murine models of CLL.

as a junior scientist The "molecular biology of the cell" course gave me the opportunity to follow intensive laboratory and lecture course of 5 weeks, focusing on cutting-edge aspects of cell biology. The main topics of the course extend acros cell biology, infection, cancer, signalling, epigenetics.This experience enhanced my expertise in experimental design, data analysis, and collaborative research within an international setting.

I worked in the Tumor Immunology Unit at Fondazione Toscana Life Science as a master student. I focused my research on the optimization of methods to perform gene editing and transgene delivery in human and murine B cells. I gained experience in the main techniques of cellular biology, biochemistry, in vitro cell manipulation and cytometric analysis.

During my bachelor internship i work on Departmento of biological, chemical and pharmaceutical sciences and technologies (STEBICEF). I worked on oil essential as alternative to commercial biocide to remove characterized microbic system (biocleaners) that colonize artistic artifacts.
